Alma Media Interim Report 2005 Broadcasting Divestment

Alma Media Group completed the sale of its Broadcasting division to Bonnier AB and Proventus Industrier AB in April 2005 for EUR 460 million, generating a EUR 324.5 million capital gain. The interim report covers January-June 2005 operations of continuing businesses including newspapers, Kauppalehti group, and online marketplaces, with net sales of EUR 142.6 million.
