ALSO-Actebis 2012 Annual Report

ALSO-Actebis is Europe's third-largest ICT distribution company, formed in February 2011 through a merger of Swiss-based ALSO Holding AG and German-based Actebis GmbH. In 2012, the Group generated net sales of EUR 6.3 billion across twelve European countries with approximately 2,985 employees, serving as market leader in seven markets including Germany and Switzerland.
