Ambuja Cements 2024 Penna Cement Acquisition Investment Presentation

Ambuja Cements announced acquisition of 100% shares in Penna Cement Industries Limited for Rs. 10,422 Crores, fully funded through internal accruals. The transaction includes 14.0 MTPA operational cement capacity and 4.0 MTPA under construction capacity, along with five bulk cement terminals and a cement carrier, bringing Adani Cement's total operational capacity to 89 MTPA.
