Amer Sports Peak Performance Acquisition 2018

Amer Sports announces the acquisition of Peak Performance, a premium sports fashion brand based in Stockholm, for EUR 255 million. The acquisition is expected to deliver over EUR 10 million in annual synergies and positions Amer Sports to expand its softgoods portfolio with a healthy, growing asset of approximately 300 employees.
