Beacon Roofing Supply Q3 2016 Earnings

Beacon Roofing Supply reported record Q3 2016 net sales of $1.15 billion, up 60.5% year-over-year, with the first $1 billion quarterly sales in company history. Gross margins improved 90 basis points to 24.5%, and adjusted EBITDA nearly doubled to $109.6 million. RSG integration and acquisition synergies remained on track with eight acquisitions completed year-to-date.
