BNP Paribas Q2 2016 Earnings Results

BNP Paribas reported second quarter 2016 results with revenues growing 2.2% versus 2Q15, supported by growth across operating divisions and a positive impact from the sale of Visa Europe shares. Net income remained stable at €2,560m, with improved return on equity at 9.7%. The company strengthened its Basel 3 CET1 ratio to 11.1% while reducing cost of risk by 12.4%.
