the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021 .

The Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common

share to holders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2022 , payable on

Carlyle will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. EST on Thursday, February 3, 2022, to
