Columbia Property Trust Acquires Normandy Real Estate Partners 2019

Columbia Property Trust announced its acquisition of Normandy Real Estate Partners, an established Northeast-based commercial real estate operator and fund sponsor. The deal is modestly accretive and positions the combined company to leverage existing partnerships on Manhattan development projects including 250 Church Street and 799 Broadway.
