Dana Incorporated announced the acquisition of Brevini, a leading global manufacturer of mechanical and hydraulic off-highway power conveyance systems. The transaction adds approximately $400M in sales and expands Dana's off-highway driveline segment into tracked vehicles, doubling its addressable market while accelerating hybridization and electrification initiatives.
