Elementis $360M SummitReheis Acquisition 2017

Elementis announced the acquisition of SummitReheis for $360 million to strengthen its personal care business. SummitReheis is the global leader in anti-perspirant active ingredients with a growing market expected to expand at 5% annually. The combined entity will achieve approximately $200 million in sales with enhanced scale and market positioning.
