Evonik PeroxyChem Acquisition 2018

Evonik Industries AG announced the acquisition of PeroxyChem, a specialty peroxide manufacturer, in November 2018. The deal targets attractive end-market growth with low cyclicality, strong EBITDA margins, and positions Evonik to expand its peroxide portfolio in North America with environmentally-friendly applications.
