Extended Stay America Q3 2016 Earnings Release

Extended Stay America reported Q3 2016 earnings results with comparable hotel RevPAR of $68.84, up 2.4% year-over-year, and improved occupancy to 79.4%. Adjusted EBITDA grew 7.4% to $185.7 million, while Hotel Operating Margin expanded 150 basis points to 58.4%.
