Fidelity Investments reported record revenue of $25.2 billion in 2022 with strong growth across retail brokerage, wealth management, workplace benefits, asset management, and clearing and custody divisions. The company increased hiring by 17,000 associates and invested $4.2 billion in technology platforms while servicing 40.9 million workplace participants and 37.1 million retail accounts.
