Definition Of Core Organic
Throughout this presentation, core organic sales grow th refers to reported sales grow th less the impacts from foreign currenc y translation, M&A and raw
materials pass -through pricing in the former Resins & Chemicals business previously part of Performance Materials and Technologi es.The raw materials pricing
impact is excluded in instances w here raw materials costs are passed through to customers, w hich drives fluctuations in selli ng prices not tied to volume grow th.
Non-GAAP Financial Measures
This presentation contains financial measures on a non- GAAP basis. Honeyw ell’s non- GAAP financial measures used in this present ation include core organic,
as defined above, and organic sales grow th, w hich w e define as sales grow th less the impacts from foreign currency translation and acquisitions and divestitures
