InVivo Therapeutics is developing innovative therapies for spinal cord injury with two investigational products: Neuro-Spinal Scaffold implant for acute SCI targeting 2017 FDA filing, and Bioengineered Neural Trails injection for chronic SCI. Early pivotal study data shows 57% of first seven patients regained neurologic function by six months, addressing an unmet market of 276,000 chronic sufferers in the US.
