Jack in the Box Del Taco Acquisition 2021

Jack in the Box announced the acquisition of Del Taco Restaurants for $12.51 per share in cash, valuing the transaction at $575 million including debt. The deal is expected to generate approximately $15 million in run-rate cost synergies by the end of fiscal year 2023 and deliver mid-single-digit EPS accretion in year one.
