Keppel REIT Half Year 2024 Financial Results

Keppel REIT reported 1H 2024 financial results with property income of $125.1m (+8.9% y-o-y) and net property income of $96.8m (+7.7% y-o-y). The REIT maintained an aggregate leverage of 41.3% with 65% of borrowings on fixed rates at an all-in interest rate of 3.31% p.a., while distributing 2.90 cents per unit to unitholders.
