Kilroy Realty reported Q3 2016 earnings with net income up 163.9% to $31.8 million and FFO up 19.2% to $83.9 million. The real estate company owns and operates 17.6 million square feet of Class A office properties and 3,336 apartment units across Los Angeles and Honolulu, with office portfolio leasing at 91.9% occupancy.
