Link REIT 1-for-5 Rights Issue 2023

Link REIT announced a proposed 1-for-5 rights issue with expected gross proceeds of approximately HK$18.8 billion and a subscription price of HK$44.20 per rights unit. The proceeds will be used to strengthen the capital base through debt repayment and general working capital, with remaining funds deployed for investment opportunities in retail, car park, office, and logistics sectors across the Asia-Pacific region.
