NEL ASA RotoLyzer Acquisition 2015

NEL ASA announced the acquisition of RotoLyzer®, a transformative electrolyser technology, in August 2015. The Norwegian hydrogen production leader, established by Norsk Hydro in 1927, operates as a world supplier of electrolyser systems and hydrogen refuelling stations across 50+ countries. The acquisition was supported by a NOK 230 million private placement, strengthening NEL's position in clean hydrogen energy solutions.
