Qantas Airways FY19 Results 2019

Qantas Airways reported FY19 underlying profit before tax of $1,302m with strong ROIC of 18.4% despite fuel and foreign exchange headwinds. The company delivered $452m in transformation benefits and returned capital to shareholders through a fully franked dividend and share buy-back program. Revenue growth offset fuel cost increases across the integrated portfolio of domestic, international, and loyalty segments.
