Repligen 2020 ARTeSYN Biosolutions Acquisition Announcement

Repligen announced its agreement to acquire ARTeSYN Biosolutions, a market leader in automated single-use bioprocessing systems for chromatography, filtration, and buffer/media preparation. The strategic acquisition expands Repligen's systems portfolio, adds approximately $0.2B to its addressable market, and is expected to be accretive to adjusted EPS by 2022.
