Schaeffler Group Ewellix Acquisition 2022

Schaeffler AG announced the acquisition of Ewellix, a global manufacturer of actuation and linear motion solutions, for EUR 582 million, expected to close by end of 2022. The acquisition strengthens Schaeffler's Industrial Division as a market leader in electromechanical automation with exposure to robotics, medical, and mobile machine sectors.
