Sennheiser Communications 2018 Joint Venture Separation

Sennheiser Communications, a 50/50 joint venture between William Demant and Sennheiser founded in 2003, announced the dissolution of its partnership effective January 1, 2020. Gaming and Enterprise Solutions segments will become independent within William Demant Group, while Mobile Music transfers to Sennheiser Consumer.
