Sika FY 2021 Results & Financial Highlights

Sika reported record FY 2021 net sales growth of 11.3% and recurring EBIT growth of 25.7% on a like-for-like basis, with record EPS of CHF 3.98 and ROIC of 8.9%. The company announced strategic acquisitions of Firestone, Malarkey, and PRB to expand its Solutions & Products portfolio, supported by record free cash flow of CHF 3.264 billion and continued financial strength with 1.4x leverage.
