Tech Mahindra Acquisition Update 2022 CTC

Tech Mahindra announced a €310 million acquisition of CTC, an insurtech platform group, in January 2022. The company acquired insurtech platforms SWFT and Surance with a combined primary investment of €20 million for a 25% stake, with development centers based in Latvia and Belarus.
