Domestic Same Store Sales Increase 38.0% vs. 2019 for the Second Quarter and 59.5% vs.

2019 for the month of July

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. (“The ONE Group” or the

“Company”) (Nasdaq: STKS) today reported its financial results for the second quarter

ended June 30, 2021.

Financial highlights for the second quarter compared to the same period last year are

increased 324.6% to $70.8 million from $16.7 million.

GAAP net income attributable to The ONE Group

was $13.8 million or $0.41 net

income per share ($0.19 adjusted net income per share)****, compared to GAAP net

loss of $2.9 million, or $0.10 net loss per share ($0.08 adjusted net loss per share)****.

GAAP net income attributable to The ONE Group during the second quarter 2021

included $1.1 million of incremental costs related to COVID-19.
