TMX Group VettaFi Acquisition 2023

TMX Group announced its acquisition of the remaining ~78% stake in VettaFi for approximately US$848 million. VettaFi is a leading data-driven analytics and indexing platform serving a global client base of issuers and advisors. The acquisition is expected to accelerate TMX's growth strategy as a global information business and be accretive to adjusted earnings per share in year one.
