Tribal Group released half-year results to 30 June 2024, reporting £44.9m SIS revenue and £9.7m Education Services revenue with cloud services growth of 26%. The EdTech SaaS provider serves over 500 education institutions globally with student information solutions and quality assurance services. The company showed adjusted underlying EBITDA growth of 7.2% and core ARR growth of 2% with improving sales pipeline.
