United Rentals BakerCorp Acquisition Investor Presentation 2018

United Rentals announces acquisition of BakerCorp, a leading North American and European provider of tank, pump, filtration and trench shoring rental solutions, for $715M in cash. The transaction expands URI's fluid solutions capabilities and is expected to generate ~$19M in annual cost synergies and ~$60M in revenue cross-sell opportunities by year 3, with closure expected in Q3 2018.
