USCIS 2024 Final Fee Rule National Engagement

USCIS presented the 2024 Final Fee Rule during a national engagement on February 22, 2024, detailing new fee structures effective April 1, 2024. The comprehensive fee review concluded that increased revenue from fee-payers was necessary to allow USCIS to recover operational costs more fully. This was the first fee schedule increase since 2016, following review of over 5,400 public comments.
