Solid Third Quarter Pricing and Operating

Performance•Higher volumes across all product lines

•Global Transmission sales growth driven by ongoing

grid-hardening efforts by utilities and strengthening

demand for renewable energy sources

•Strategic capacity additions in existing facilities

•Higher global generation sales led by significantly

higher project sales of solar tracker products
