Washington REIT reported Q3 2016 earnings with net income of $79.7 million and Core FFO of $0.45 per share, achieving 1.9% same-store NOI growth and improving portfolio occupancy to 93.2%. The company completed its second suburban Maryland office portfolio sale for $128.5 million and raised $30.1 million through its ATM program to fund value-add development opportunities.
