Wendel Full-Year 2021 Results March 2022

Wendel reported strong 2021 full-year results with consolidated net sales of €7.5bn (up 9.8%) and significant portfolio management activities including investments in Tarkett and ACAMS, as well as the IPO of IHS. NAV reached €188.1, up 20.1% year-over-year, with a proposed dividend of €3.0 and solid financial structure including 4.3% LTV.
