WestRock Q1 FY17 Results Multi Packaging Solutions Acquisition

WestRock reported Q1 FY17 results and announced the acquisition of Multi Packaging Solutions to expand its paperboard and consumer packaging capabilities. The transaction, expected to close in Q3 FY17, is projected to deliver $85 million in synergies by end of FY19 and is immediately accretive to earnings and free cash flow.
