WASHINGTON, DC – FEBRUARY 4, 2021 – Global investment firm The Carlyle Group

Inc. (NASDAQ: CG) today reported its unaudited results for the fourth quarter and

full year ended December 31, 2020 .

The Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common

share to holders of record at the close of business on February 16, 2021, payable on

Carlyle will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. EST on Thursday, February 4, 2021, to

discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2020 financial results. The call will be available
