IMG Acquisition of Adeva and Signature Security May 2024

Intelligent Monitoring Group Limited announces acquisition of Adeva Home Solutions Pty Ltd for $2.5m, expected to contribute $9m revenue and $0.8m EBITDA in FY25. The acquisition includes revival of the Signature Security brand to be jointly operated by Mammoth Security and Adeva under IMG's portfolio.
