Palantir released its Q4 Earnings , recording a good sales beat, and rather on-

trend financials considering consensus. A 34% YoY sales growth for Q4 might be

nothing to boast about in the scheme of high -flying SaaS, but the drivers under

the surface are changing dramatically.

Government business appears to be flatlining on sales growth towards 0% YoY.

However, the Commercial Business is accelerating f ast at an exponential rate .

Palantir added +200% YoY on the Commercial customer count. Given the Land -

Expand -Scale business model that leads to exponential revenues from customers

over time, this vertical should more than compensate for the weakness in the

FY22 will likely have sales acceleration, not deceleration, like we’ve seen this

past year. It makes complete sense to position our stock for these exponential

mechanisms that will manifest in the fundamentals 1 -year out.

At a NTM EV/S of 9.9x, PLTR is trading at a bargain price . Macro -concerns might

point to perhaps lower customer expansion, but the trends are showing

immense strength . The market has over -reacted on the negative end in my view.
