PDF Solutions announces strategic partnership with Advantest, the global leader in semiconductor test systems. The deal includes Advantest's $65.2 million investment in PDF common shares, a 5-year cloud platform subscription valued at >$50 million, and joint development of analytics solutions for manufacturing and test operations across the semiconductor supply chain.
