Tata Motors Capital Reduction NCLT Shareholders Meeting 2024

Tata Motors presented a scheme of arrangement to shareholders for capital reduction through cancellation of 'A' Ordinary shares and issuance of 7 fully paid ordinary shares per 10 'A' shares. The NCLT-convened meeting on April 30, 2024 sought majority of minority approval from both shareholder classes for the restructuring.
